Crest Insurance Group CEO, Cody Ritchie, is excited to introduce the newest team member in the Scottsdale & Tucson offices, Winston Welch. A proud Tucson native, Winston attended Arkansas State University and played Division I baseball while earning his B.A. in Business Management. His extensive experience in Management and Business Development, both in the U.S. and internationally, will be very beneficial to the entire CREST team.

Winston and his high school sweetheart made wife, welcomed a new baby boy and are looking forward to continuing his successful career in Arizona with the CREST family.
