Crest Insurance Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Hart as an Employee Benefits Broker in the firm’s Henderson office. Tony joins the team with a dedicated focus on advising employers, CFOs, HR leaders, and ownership teams on comprehensive benefits strategy and long-term planning.

He brings nearly 20 years of employee benefits brokerage and consulting experience to Crest &  specializes in cost containment, pharmacy management, population health, and alternative funding education. Additionally, he holds certifications through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in self-funded health plans, including stop-loss insurance, cost containment strategies & self-funded health plan fundamentals.

Known for a practical, relationship-driven approach, Tony is committed to helping business owners improve renewal discipline, strengthen employee experience, and navigate complex benefits landscapes with confidence. He relocated to Henderson in 2022 with his wife, Michelle, a fitness trainer, and dietitian. Outside of his professional role, Tony shares a passion for health, fitness, and lifelong learning with his family, and is the proud parent of two children attending Florida State University.
