A native of Tucson, Arizona, Chester Henderson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona, where he also lettered in baseball. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy and became a Navy SEAL. While in the Navy, Chester held a multitude of leadership positions while serving within Naval Special Warfare.  Over his 22-year career within the SEAL Teams, he successfully completed six deployments, four of which were combat deployments inside Iraq and Afghanistan.  Additionally, over his 22-year Naval career, he led and supervised the execution of Risk Management Teams, which reduced operational training risk, increased training efficiency, established and promoted safety measures, and advanced the performance of the participants. Chester joins the CREST Team as Director of Risk Services.
