An Idaho native and longtime Temecula, California resident, Gibbs brings over 20 years of proven leadership in wholesale propane, corporate finance, and commercial lending. She is recognized for launching and scaling successful business divisions, cultivating long-term B2B relationships, and driving growth across the energy, construction, industrial, and agricultural sectors.
Prior to joining CREST, Gibbs held senior roles with 3 Peaks Energy, Hellenic Petroleum, and Kiva Energy, where she negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts, led cross-functional teams, and expanded market share in competitive territories. Her career began in corporate banking and commercial lending, adding financial depth to her business development expertise. Known for her entrepreneurial, consultative approach, Gibbs has built trusted partnerships with C-suite executives, procurement leaders, and industry stakeholders nationwide. In addition to her business career, she holds certification as a California K-12 substitute teacher, reflecting a commitment to lifelong learning and community involvement.
