Eddie brings over 26 years of final mile driver, management, and safety experience to Crest.
He has worked with Airborne Express/DHL system since 1994. Eddie was most recently the Director of Safety for Direct Hit Logistics with close to 1000 vehicles. There he managed a department of two Safety Coordinators, supporting both DHL and Amazon across 36 cities in the southeastern U.S.
Eddie assists in designing and implementing safety plans for our operations department as a Smith System Certified Trainer.
Eddie is a dedicated husband and dad of two daughters currently living in Charleston, South Carolina.
Ruth brings 30 years of management and unique operational experience to the Crest team as our Director of Claims & Safety. She spent most of those years as a Corporate Director at Canyon Ranch.
Ruth joined the Crest team in May 2017 and quickly received her licenses in both Life & Health and Property & Casualty. She has also earned two designations: (AINS) Associate in General Insurance and (CIC) Certified Insurance Counselor.
With her commitment to excellence in customer service and communication, she ensures safety and loss control is at the forefront of your business.
Ruth and her husband are the parents of three grown boys and just became grandparents. She is a native of Tucson, Arizona.
