Crest makes reporting a claim as easy as possible, so you can get back to what matters most.

When filling out a claim form, keep the following in mind:

- Were photographs taken? Please include all original copies (photocopies are seldom adequate).
- Was a police/incident report created? Please include all copies.
- The more detail you can supply, the better.
